Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for baking high-quality cakes and pastries according to our established recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following established recipes
  • Remove cakes from pans and package them properly
  • Puts baked cakes away and rotates cakes according to established brand standards
  • Communicate with management about equipment, including problems and maintenance
  • Fold boxes and label containers
  • Track inventory of baked goods
  • Keep baking area clean and sanitized, including tables, equipment, and tools
  • Assist other departments as necessary

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
