Join Our Team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and challenging environment for our patients and staff.

We are seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary team. As a COTA, you will work closely with our therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address a variety of diseases and impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our therapy team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
  • Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working
  • Previous rehab SNF experience preferred
