Research Scientist

At Virginia Tech University, we are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our Experimental Petrology Lab in the Department of Geosciences. This is an exceptional opportunity for a postdoctoral researcher to contribute to cutting-edge research on the thermochemical evolution of Mercury's mantle.

We are looking for a talented individual with a PhD in Earth and Planetary Sciences or a related field to work on this exciting project. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research, publishing papers, and presenting findings at conferences.

• Conduct research on the thermochemical evolution of Mercury's mantle
