Key Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting, damp mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and patient rooms.
  • Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and resident experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping and sanitation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
