Job Opportunity at Pyramid Healthcare Inc.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. in Radford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the intake process with new clients into our program
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation
  • Coordinate client activities and provide support as needed
  • Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide crisis intervention when necessary
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
  • Assist with dietary needs of clients and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to work rotating weekend shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
