Turbocharger Specialist

At Magneto and Diesel Distributors, we are seeking a skilled Turbo Technician to join our team. As a Turbo Technician, you will play a critical role in the repair and maintenance of Diesel Engine Turbochargers.

• Calibration and Testing: Utilize OEM test equipment to calibrate products to manufacturer specifications.
• Part Cleaning and Preparation: Clean and prepare parts for reassembly.
• Equipment Operation: Operate bead blasters and paint guns/equipment.
• Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety procedures and policies.

• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn how things work.
• Communication Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Teamwork: Fosters good coworker citizenship, contributing to a positive work environment.

• Physical Abilities: Ability to repeat motions, kneel, squat, and bend. Ability to lift arms at or above shoulder level and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work Environment: Shop environment with exposure to dirt, dust, and loud noise.
