The Cake Froster successfully crafts and applies cake frosting to meet established standards and time guidelines. This role involves creating an inviting display of cakes for walk-in guests, pre-ordered cakes, and sample cakes.

The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and sanitized frosting station, ensuring efficient operation and optimal presentation.

This position requires effective team collaboration, as the Cake Froster may assist other departments as needed.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $10.50 per hour, with opportunities for performance bonuses and other perks.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Abiding by all NbC policies and procedures
  2. Upholding NbC's image and brand
  3. Maintaining par levels of frosting materials
  4. Frosting all cakes for same-day and next-day orders
  5. Keeping the frosting area clean and sanitized
  6. Tracking inventory of frosting materials
  7. Assisting phone guests with incoming orders
  8. Lifting up to 50 pounds
