Your Growth Path:
In this role, you will assist the project manager in overseeing the integration of Electric/Electronic systems and the feasibility of vehicle projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Compiling and presenting Commissioning Status overviews and deviations.
- Calculating daily Direct Run Rate (DRR) reports focusing on each IBN station.
- Communicating status updates and requesting corrective actions from other teams.
- Organizing Project Status meetings to share updates on Commissioning vehicles in pre-production phases.
- Monitoring AWE and AEKO statuses within the project and ensuring expiration timelines are current.
- Timely escalation of extensions and weekly status presentations.
- Providing daily updates on IBN Direct Run Rate (DRR) status.
- Presenting IBN DRR reports during project meetings and distributing them to team members.
- Assisting in root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A degree in Electric/Electronic engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in organizing and leading project teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Over two years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to distill complex topics into clear and concise messages.
- Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience within the automotive sector.
- A solid understanding of change management and its implications is advantageous.
- Proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in Automotive Project Management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Automotive Electric/Electronics is beneficial.
