Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interim RN Manager to lead our Cardiac Cath Lab team at Ascension Seton Williamson in Round Rock, TX. As a key member of our Ascension Travel Program, you will have the opportunity to work with various hospitals and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the activities, workflow, and resources of assigned nursing travelers to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care services, develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient delivery of health services.
  • Monitor and adhere to budget, approve and monitor expenditures, purchases, and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification and 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
