Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Ensure all facilities are maintained in a clean and safe condition, including restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Collaborate with the ATC Property Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inventory of supplies and materials.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
