Job Summary

Restaurant Depot is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Protection department, you will play a critical role in reducing shrink and protecting our assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and conduct investigations into potential losses, analyzing data and identifying trends to inform mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent loss, including training and education programs for associates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key issues driving shrink, such as improper keying of product, case/unit issues, and quantity key usage.
  • Deliver results through data-driven insights and actionable plans, driving business growth and profitability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with associates and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, criminology, or a related field.
