Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities to promote independence and maintain their quality of life.
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to maintain physical function.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients receive adequate nutrition.
  • Manage household tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organization.
  • Provide companionship and respite services to clients and their families.
Requirements
  • A passion for serving others and making a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Current certification as a North Carolina Nurse Aide (NA I or NA II).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Access to reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide is an asset.
