Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our pharmacists in filling prescriptions and processing patient information.

• Fill and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with their medication needs and provide excellent customer service
• Support pharmacists in maintaining accurate patient records and processing prescriptions
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve departmental goals and objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods
