We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Professional to join our team at Westown Dental. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical treatment teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients, working chair-side with practitioners to deliver exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for supporting the clinical treatment care of patients, providing friendly, professional assistance and maintaining a high level of organization and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide chair-side assistance for providers during dental procedures
  • Charting and taking x-rays that are diagnostic and appropriate to the series prescribed
  • Review dental records with patients, providing instruction on postoperative procedures
  • Take vital signs (blood pressure and heart rate) on every patient when seated
  • Support Practice Manager and clinical team with assigned tasks
  • Ensure all OSHA/Infection Control and Dental Board policies and procedures are properly followed

This is a fast-paced environment, and we require someone who can maintain a positive attitude while working effectively under pressure. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
