We pride ourselves on our robust manufacturing capabilities, conducting all assembly processes in-house, and we are experiencing significant growth, offering excellent advancement opportunities for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess specified dimensions and measurements of both internal and outsourced components according to engineering specifications.
  • Evaluate materials based on established quality standards and document performance metrics.
  • Conduct and document First Article Inspection (FAI) data for all production and outsourced components.
  • Inspect machined or raw material components for defects and other quality features.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports for the Quality Supervisor.
  • Maintain comprehensive quality data records in Excel, including Non-Conformance Material (NCM) reports.
  • Exhibit reliable attendance and flexibility to work extended hours as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a quality inspector in a similar industry is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong commitment to quality assurance in alignment with company standards.
  • Solid understanding of industry products and processes.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a manufacturing environment.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing at least 50 pounds.
