Painter

At 360 Painting of Panama City Beach and Destin, we're seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional painting services to our residential and commercial clients.

• Paint and stain interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties and some light commercial properties
• Meet schedule and quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide outstanding customer experiences through quality work and excellent communication
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Complete necessary jobsite paperwork
• Ensure job site safety and cleanliness
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals

• Previous painting experience (six months) and/or a growth mindset
• Ability to maintain a schedule and be on time
• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and insurability
• High energy and durability
