Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and providing financial guidance to hotel management and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Direct and administer all financial operations of the hotel, including asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, hotel-wide budget and forecasting, department management, and meeting participation and facilitation.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Advisory: Serve as a financial advisor to hotel management and ownership, providing guidance on financial matters and recommending courses of action to maximize hotel profitability.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to department heads to optimize hotel profitability.
  • Team Management: Recruit, interview, and train team members, and monitor and develop team member performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
