Embedded Software Architect

At Creative Financial Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer MI to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to architect, develop, and implement new telecommunication products for the company.

This position requires a broad range of skills, including embedded software design and implementation for Linux platforms, experience with FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) and other hardware, and knowledge of TCP/IP protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong skills with C/C++ programming in an embedded Linux Environment and previous work experience completing new projects from start to finish.

The Embedded Software Engineer MI will be responsible for:

• Architecting and developing new telecommunication products to help grow the company
• Implementing DSP algorithms, developing drivers and APIs, designing O&M functions, and supporting automated test development efforts
• Developing Linux device drivers and debugging in the user space as well as Kernel
• Working on various projects and products from conceptual design to implementation
• Debugging various network issues with TCP/IP protocols

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience with embedded software design and implementation for Linux platforms
• Knowledge and experience with FPGA and DSP (Digital Signal Processing)
• Strong skills with C/C++ programming in an embedded Linux Environment
• Previous work experience completing new projects from start to finish
• Experience with Linux products including Ubuntu and Yocto
