The Manager of Energy Development and Conservation will lead the development and implementation of effective customer energy solutions, business plans, marketing and product development plans for Chelan County PUD's residential, commercial and industrial customers. This role requires strategic leadership to deliver value to customers and the District by identifying, analyzing, and implementing energy solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for:

  • Directing and managing the activities of the customer energy solutions group">
  • Delivering value to customers and the District by identifying, analyzing, and implementing energy solutions">
  • Ensuring targets and key performance indicators are met">
  • Developing and implementing business plans, marketing and product development plans">
  • Fostering a positive and creative work environment">
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or environmental science">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the utilities industry">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills">
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions">
  • Experience with energy efficiency, renewable energy, and demand response programs">

Salary and Benefits

">

The starting salary range for this position is $136,800 - $171,000 per year, depending on qualifications. In addition to competitive wages, Chelan County PUD offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan participation, and paid time off.
