Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of a residency program in physiatry/physical medicine and rehabilitation
  • Board certification in physiatry/physical medicine and rehabilitation
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Oklahoma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
