Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Team Member. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities- Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties, including standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive work motions, and moderate lifting.
- Work with small vehicle components and safely use air/power/vibrating tools and machinery.
- Comprehend written standardized work documents, perform basic math, and learn machine operations.
- Identify defects based on set standards and demonstrate a commitment to following standardized work to maintain the highest level of quality standards.
- A competitive pay range of $35.80/hour, with opportunities for wage increases every 6 months.
- A 4-year grow-in program with additional $1.50/hour shift premium.

- 18 years old or older at time of application.
