Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a safe and memorable birthing experience.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
- Ability to work day shifts from 7 am - 7:30 pm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
