Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital NH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy, angiography, and CT scans.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and CT scanners.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, with a focus on interventional radiology.
  • ARRT certification and NH license.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience with IR or Cath Lab procedures, with a preference for IR Neuro experience.
Work Environment

Our hospital features 2 IR suites, with a team of 4 IR Nurses and 4 IR techs. Patient ratios are typically 10 patients per room, with a variety of equipment, including Philips biplane and Toshiba single plane machines.
