Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are available when needed and minimizing waste.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
