Field's Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Field's Bartender to join our team at the Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI. As a Field's Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

• Mix and serve a variety of drinks to patrons, following standard recipes and ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Collect money for drinks served and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Take food orders from guests and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
• Balance cash receipts and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of standard recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for long periods.
