Job Summary:

CETC is seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to provide assessments and treat clients with speech and hearing disorders. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to help children and contribute to their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a curriculum to build communication skills

Assess communication skills through screenings and evaluations

Complete comprehensive assessments in the area of need

Conduct therapy sessions in accordance with the individual's plan of care and evaluation results

Contribute to the development of individual plans of care using a multidisciplinary approach

Participate in meetings concerning individual patients when requested

Consult with parents, administration, and other staff personnel

Work cooperatively with community agencies and the multi-disciplinary team concerned with the speech-language health of children

Facilitate patient growth and progress toward stated objectives of speech-language therapy

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology

Ability to obtain a State of Maryland clinical fellow licensure through ASHA

Experience in the field of speech-language pathology

Adaptable and flexible work schedule (e.g., evenings and Saturdays, if required)
