Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at CCWSG. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical services to members of families, regardless of age or sex, within the scope of your training.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide preventative care, immunizations, primary care, and treatment to patients
  • Offer health education and prescribe medications as needed
  • Order and interpret lab testing, perform physical examinations, and conduct STD screenings
  • Provide vision and hearing services, as well as women's health and family planning services
  • Prenatal services and nutrition counseling

Requirements:

  • Medical Degree (MD, DO)
  • CA Medical License and DEA Certificate
  • BSL certification
  • A minimum of 3 years of Family Practice Residency training
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in public health
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
