Job Description

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. This includes:

  • Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, AS9100 & NADCAP standards and other relevant regulations
  • Conducting regular internal audits and facilitating external audits
  • Identifying areas for improvement in production processes and implementing corrective actions
  • Liaising with customers to address quality concerns and providing prompt and effective solutions
  • Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of quality control activities and preparing detailed reports for management review
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive quality control experience, preferably in the manufacturing or metal finishing industry
  • ISO 9001 proficiency and experience in maintaining compliance within a production environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data
  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing a high-performing quality control team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to quickly address and resolve quality issues
  • Process improvement expertise and experience in implementing methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
