As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, evaluating their needs, and selling the right technology solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Spectrum and its products to customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Evaluate customer needs and sell the right technology solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, grow customer accounts, and overcome objections.
  • Handle billing or support inquiries and provide solutions to customer concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6+ months of sales or related experience preferred.
  • Effective communication, customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Sound judgment, motivated, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure.
