Electrical Supervisor Job Description

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the Permian Basin. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our 42-mile Dune Express conveyor system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of field electricians in maintaining and repairing electrical equipment, adhering to OSHA and MSHA standards.
  • Collaborate with outside engineering firms to design and implement new electrical systems.
  • Travel to vendor locations and participate in audits and meetings.
  • Review and update electrical schematics, drawings, and layouts.
  • Develop and manage budgets for OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Engage with third-party vendors for quotes and lead times.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards and annual testing on electrical equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Journeyman Electrical License with minimum 5 years industrial experience.
  • Minimum 5 years field leadership in industrial electrical.
