Master Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Master Mixologist to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Take orders, process cash and credit card transactions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including providing servers with drinks from the service well.
- Adhere to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking patrons' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
- Set up and break down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing, and take inventory counts to ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels.
- Provide excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, and ensure the security of company assets.
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
- Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes, as well as current trends.
- Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications.
- Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge.
- Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 pounds.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun work environment.
- Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
