About the Role:

This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

">Key Responsibilities:">

• Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect crime, fire, or other hazards.">
• Respond to alarms, emergency calls, and other incidents.">
• Monitor CCTV cameras and access control systems to ensure the integrity of the facility.">
• Perform searches and bag checks to maintain a secure environment.">
• Collaborate with colleagues to share intelligence and best practices.">
• Document incidents, including writing detailed reports and providing testimony when necessary.">
• Maintain accurate records of events, including logs, reports, and other documentation.">
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.">
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.">
• Follow policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
• Requirements:">

  • Prior work experience in a similar role or related field.">
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.">
  • Valid driver's license (for driving positions) and clean driving record.">
  • Background clearance and satisfactory results from pre-employment screening.">
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.">
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Certification in first aid, CPR, and AED preferred.">
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.">
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.">
