Barista

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Professional to join our team at Courthouse: Club Fitness. As a Coffee Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members receive high-quality coffee products.

• Greet and Engage our members in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our coffee bar.
• Take Orders and Process Payments efficiently and accurately, using our point-of-sale system to ensure seamless transactions.
• Prepare and Serve a variety of coffee drinks to our members' specifications, using our high-quality coffee beans and equipment.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment by adhering to our sanitation and health standards, ensuring a clean and safe workspace for our members and staff.
• Assist with Club Access by providing members with access to our club facilities and amenities.
• Collaborate with Our Team to ensure seamless service and a positive member experience.

In addition to your coffee responsibilities, you will also be responsible for selling retail items from our coffee bar POS and maintaining knowledge of our products sold in the Pro Shop.

• Sell Retail Items from our coffee bar POS, providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintain Product Knowledge of our retail items, including our coffee beans, syrups, and other products sold in the Pro Shop.
• Restock Inventory as needed, alerting our Coffee Bar Director to ensure we always have a sufficient supply of products.
• Provide Excellent Service to our members, including handing out towels and providing other amenities as needed.

We are looking for a Confident and Results-Oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive member experience. As a Coffee Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining current certifications and being a lifelong learner, critically assessing your own performance and setting an example of excellence for our staff to follow.

• Barista Experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
• Excellent Communication Skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a variety of members each day, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
• Independent Problem-Solving skills are also essential, as you will be responsible for resolving issues and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
