Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of retail properties, including tenant relations and lease administration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase property value and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Real estate license and CPM or RPA designation preferred.

  • $90,000-$115,000 base salary + 5% bonus.
