Job Summary: Korzen Health is seeking an experienced Post Acute Wound Care Specialist to join our team.
About the Role: As a Post Acute Wound Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in Winter Haven, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic wound care services, including dressing changes and chemical debridement, with some minor procedures.
- Work with adult and geriatric patients, averaging around 1820 patients per day.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized wound care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in wound care.
Requirements:
- State license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- DEA license.
- Experience in SNF or wound care settings, with a minimum of 1 year of NP experience.
- ED or urgent care experience is a plus.
Benefits:
- Base salary plus quarterly RVU bonus.
- Full healthcare benefits, including PTO, holiday pay, and CME reimbursement.
Work Environment: This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week position with flexible hours. The successful candidate will work in a mobile setting, traveling to SNFs to provide wound care services.
