The line cook plays a crucial role in the kitchen, focusing on essential tasks such as food preparation, portion management, and presentation of dishes in alignment with the guidelines established by the Restaurant Manager. Prior cooking experience is essential. The breakfast cook is tasked with initiating kitchen operations and arranging the buffet in accordance with the standards set forth by the Restaurant Manager.
