**Support SilverLion Inc. as a dedicated Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d) in part-time and take over the administration and coordination of our 4 real estate properties.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for the efficient management of our properties and the coordination of all related tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • You coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • You manage and review maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and optimizing costs.
  • You ensure a smooth operation of property management in the properties, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes.
  • You review the insurance coverage of the properties and create utility cost statements and similar financial statements.
**Requirements:
  • You have a degree in real estate or a comparable education (real estate clerk, specialist or comparable) with professional experience as a building technician, facility/property manager or building manager (m/f/d).
  • You ideally have several years of professional experience in a similar position and knowledge in real estate management.
  • You are very familiar with MS Office applications and have experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • You have a class B driver's license and are willing to travel to manage our properties.
