About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Professional. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including fryers, HVAC systems, and kitchen appliances
  • Ensure the exterior and interior of the restaurant are clean and well-maintained, including sweeping parking lots and providing seasonal care
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
  • Mop interior floors and pressure wash parking lots as needed
  • Keep the freezer, cooler, and dry goods area organized at all times

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Filter oil fryers daily
  • Maintain outside grounds
  • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Unload delivery trucks 2 times a week
  • Take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
  • Mop interior floors and pressure wash parking lots as needed
  • Keep the freezer, cooler, and dry goods area organized at all times
