Job Title: RN-ER

At Meadowview Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a RN-ER, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to work in our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The RN-ER will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. The successful candidate will also be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in critical care
Requirements:
  • Valid Kentucky RN License or compact state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one month of hire date
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within six months of hire date
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within six months of hire date
