Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work as a night shift ER/Med-Surg RN, responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in our 25-bed hospital. This role involves working 3 twelve-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and possible holiday coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency room and medical-surgical units
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Float to the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) as needed

Requirements:

  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
  • Active Montana RN license or compact state licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ER/Med-Surg nursing
  • Minimum 36 guaranteed hours per week
