Job Overview

As a narrow web flexographic press technician, your role will involve printing a diverse range of premium labels and packaging elements to fulfill client expectations. With our guidance, you will manage job setups and ensure outstanding quality throughout each production run.

No mandatory overtime is required.

While there are numerous opportunities for overtime if you wish, we also respect your personal time.

Work schedule: Second shift from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with a $1.00 shift differential.

Training will occur during the first shift from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

We offer straight shift work.

**Starting salary is based on your experience level in the flexographic printing industry. We take pride in rewarding employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering quality products.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Familiarity with basic tools and machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Knowledge of multi-web construction is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating a flexographic printing press.
