Job Summary

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel job in a short-term acute care facility. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients and equipment to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures and provide emotional support as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Active status through the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) or NMTCB
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning
