Data Developer

The Select Group is seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing data pythons that feed the incentive workflows. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of data/development experience and excel in SQL and databases/general programming. This role will be fully onsite for the first thirty days of employment and will then transition to a 4/1 onsite/remote schedule.
Responsibilities
• Developing data pythons that feed the incentive workflows
• Pull sales data and create different data sets to create metrics for incentive process
• Manage incentives process
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of development experience with a strong focus in SQL/Python
• Strong database knowledge and general programming knowledge
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks, Redshift, Teradata, SQL Server
• Intelligent in problem-solving and solution development
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Great communication and ability to work with multiple business units
Bonus Skills
• Alteryx knowledge
• Data Science or Data Analytics background
