Job Title: Center Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Center Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting with program registrations, passes, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to patrons, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with program registrations, passes, and admissions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Handle cash transactions, operate a point-of-sale system, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with the setup of rooms and maintenance of the front desk/lobby area and facility.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a recreation or public service setting.
  • Accurate cash handling experience and proficiency in Windows and MS Office Environment.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications preferred, required within 60 days of hire.
  • Flexibility to work shifts ranging from morning to evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs. unassisted.
