As a Repair Technician, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in guitar repair, sales, and customer service. If you are passionate about music and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers to provide exceptional customer service
- Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products (preferred)
We offer a competitive salary of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, mental health support, paid sick/holiday/vacation time, employee discount program, and tuition reimbursement options.
