The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a **Lead Operations Intelligence Analyst** to provide in-depth operational intelligence analysis, strategic targeting, sensitive mission planning, and the formulation of intelligence components for operational Concepts of Operations (CONOPs).

This role demands a Highly Qualified Expert (HQE) who is proficient in utilizing multi-disciplinary intelligence tools and databases, particularly in HUMINT targeting and social network analysis. Candidates for this position will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-integrated environment with minimal oversight, demonstrating the ability to independently deliver high-quality finished products.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Collaborate with requirement originators from various services, components, DoD, and national-level intelligence agencies to apply advanced targeting skills, focusing on networks and individuals to identify exploitable vulnerabilities.
  • Engage directly with team members within the Special Operations community to research, assess, analyze, synthesize, and interpret information from diverse sources, particularly human intelligence.
**Essential Qualifications**
  • A Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in Intelligence Analysis within the DoD or equivalent government agencies, with at least 5 years at the operational level.
  • In-depth knowledge of Special Operations, typically acquired through military training and operational experience.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a proven track record of producing intelligence analysis and briefings with minimal oversight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and current analytic tools, databases, and operational systems.
  • Must possess a current Top Secret SCI security clearance.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a highly skilled team to accomplish time-sensitive and critical tasks.
  • Capable of interpreting general guidance and direction from program leadership to adapt independently to changing situations.
