Job Description

General Overview:

This role is pivotal in overseeing the quality and effectiveness of marketing initiatives developed by external advertising partners for lead generation and franchise growth. Acting as the main liaison between corporate and the advertising agencies, this position ensures that all campaigns are in harmony with the brand's guidelines and strategic objectives.

The position is a full-time role based in the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Campaign Quality Oversight:**

- Scrutinize all marketing materials produced by the advertising agency to guarantee compliance with brand standards and messaging.

- Offer comprehensive feedback and suggestions for enhancements to the agencies.

2. **Strategic Alignment:**

- Confirm that the marketing campaigns from the agencies are in line with the company's strategic goals.

- Collaborate with the agency on strategic initiatives as proposed by them.

3. **Performance Evaluation:**

- Assess and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics to evaluate their success.

- Engage in discussions and collaborate on optimization strategies based on campaign outcomes.

4. **Agency Communication:**

- Maintain open lines of communication with advertising agencies, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.

- Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure alignment with the company's vision.

5. **Reporting Duties:**

- Regularly update senior management on the quality, effectiveness, and alignment of marketing campaigns with the company's brand and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Ideally, five to eight years of experience, with a preference for at least one year in digital management.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and make decisions under pressure.

- Demonstrated experience in educational technology and curriculum development.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

- Professional demeanor, strong organizational and verbal skills, and a proven ability to inspire excellence in individuals and teams.
