Job Summary

As a Caregiver with Eden Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal hygiene assistance
  • Helping with mobility, both in-home and outside of home
  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Running errands with clients
  • Performing light housekeeping duties
  • Assisting with medication reminders
  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Caregiver experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proof of automobile insurance (MVR checked)
  • Able to pass criminal background check and national sex offender clearance
