Job Summary


We are seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our patients in their homes. This is a part-time/full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.


Responsibilities



  • Assist patients with bathing, toileting, and grooming, ensuring their personal hygiene and comfort.
  • Provide assistance with medication reminders, prepare food as needed, and feed patients as required.
  • Accompany patients to medical appointments, shopping, and other activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning tasks, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Support patients with prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion and ambulation exercises.
  • Assist with simple dressing changes for stable wounds, promoting wound care and healing.

Requirements



  • Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
  • Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
