About the Role:

This Accounts Payable Specialist position is an excellent opportunity to join a leading specialty contractor in the utility, energy, and renewables markets. As an AP Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process high-volume account payable invoices with attention to detail
  2. Monitor and verify vendor information and resolve discrepancies
  3. Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
